One training lesson a month from an exercise physiologist.
Good Change is a monthly email from Garrison Niemiec, owner and head coach of Kaizen Performance in Norman, Oklahoma. Each issue teaches one principle of exercise physiology in plain language and ends with one thing to try that month.
Garrison holds a master’s degree in exercise physiology. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
